I remember when I went to the bookstore and chose my next book by the cover. This was - aside from author and genre - my favorite selection method. The illustration on the cover was an eyecatcher, a starting point for imagination.

The artworks created here are a modern version of this. Stories rise in my mind when I see these pictures and read the captions. They are starting points and stepping stones for imagination. Sometimes I share my own thoughts here, but most of the time I enjoy what I find in this universe of pictures and ideas.
